Combined Inverters / Battery Chargers of COMPACT and XTENDER Series from STUDER INNOTEC

 

Device COMPACT or XTENDER includes three parts: inverter, battery charger and a switch. In connection with an external battery and/or an external solar panel the device provides all the functions necessary for backed-up supplying of 230VAC / 50Hz voltage.

 

*      Inverter generates an AC output 230VAC / 50Hz voltage from an input DC voltage taken from the external battery.

 

*      Battery Charger provides charging of the the external battery.

 

*      Switch connects either input AC line voltage or AC voltage from the Inverter output to the device output.

 

*      If the input AC voltage is present this voltage is connected via the switch to the device output directly. At the same time the Battery Charger charges the external battery. The Inverter is not working in this time.

 

*      In the moment of the input AC voltage outage the inverter is switched-on. Output of the Inverter is connected via the switch to the device output. The energy is taken from the external battery.

1)      XPC and C units can be equipped with built-in solar regulator for an external solar panel.

2)      Higher output power values marked with * is possible to use within 30 minutes. See the detailed datasheet for extended output power of XTS Series.

3)      ** There is possible to set battery charging current in the above range by means of a turning knob on a front panel of the units.
